    We usually love Marlow’s - doesn’t matter what location. Our experience the other night was slow but probably our biggest disappointment was the chaos going on in the outside eating area. Kids running around all over the place. Inside and outside and in to the bar area. We love kids and now especially our grandchildren but what we witnessed the other night was completely out of control. Parents totally ignoring what was going on and staff unable ( or unwilling?) to say anything. We will be back I’m sure but probably not this location.

    Very slow service and rude employees unfortunately. Got our order wrong took 15 min to get us water. I had to get up and ask for our beverages. Unacceptable. Very disappointed :( Should have sticked to a better place where my money was worth.

    I ordered the (Brined) Spiced Pan Roasted 1/2 chicken, It came as all dark meat ☹️, and the brine left it too salty tasting. My wife ordered the tavern burger, first half was cooked medium, which was okay, but further in became medium rare… at that point she’d eaten half already so too far along for repair. Atmosphere loud, felt like we had to talk way too loud to have a conversation with another party at our table. The other couple both ordered appetizers and seemed fine. Isn’t a place to go at the top of MY list, but was just okay. If I were to go back would try a different menu item like maybe the pork tenderloin option instead. But, we were just visiting in the area, so probably won’t be back there.

    Waited 5 minutes for someone to seat us. Then right as an employee walked up to me some person that knew the employee walked in so the employee sat their group 1st while completely ignoring us. I just walked out instead.

    Great experience. Went here for dinner and sat in outside dining area to listen to concert in the park. Our server was attentive and the food was delicious. I had the shrimp and grits. My first time eating grits cakes. The were excellent. I'll definitely get them again.
