    There were just 2 falafels in the Falafel Crunch bowl, and I think it should be 4, I went to the counter and asked about it, but I was told, that 2 falafels is the correct amount. Has something changed, or this spot works like it is not franchise, but some private business?

    I just stopped by to pickup some Cava for the first time at this store. I’ve been to other Cava before so I expected the same level of service. There was no greeting nor even what can we get you. The worker seem to be in a foul mood and not want to be there. When we ordered there was no acknowledgment nor did they ask if we would like to add anything else. The person quickly built the bowl without looking up. When I ate the food, the lentils were undercooked and lamb meatballs were not good either. Just overall low standard of operations. Prob will avoid.

    Food is ok.but the tall black dude looking lady with dreads was rude and not helpful. Rushing me out the restaurant and they just opened. Not one smile.and on the phone talking with earpiece in.

    Been to this location a few times and every single time the attitude of the workers has me questioning why did they even show up to work. For $18 my bowl is a quarter full. I would’ve returned it but there were customers behind me and I didn’t want to make a scene. Maybe there’s need for a refresher on customer service.
