  I usually enjoy Cava, but this visit missed the mark for me. Two items in my bowl were difficult to eat. The lentils were very hard and seemed undercooked, and the steak was quite tough throughout, I was unable to eat one piece. The chicken, however, was good. The other flavors are so good. I hope this was just an off day, as I normally have a great experience here.

  This was my 1st time eating at Cava, all thanks to my daughter! The food choices are absolutely amazing, leaving my bowl with lamb incredibly delish😋 💯!! The customer service was superb and atmosphere very calm. I would definitely eat here again!💯

  The staff made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I was moving quickly, but asking a simple question about a sauce seemed to be too much. While assisting another customer who was still deciding, she visibly shook her head in frustration, as if her time was being wasted. Her body language came across as openly dismissive and unprofessional. What made it worse was that she appeared to be the one in charge.

  I’m not sure if this lady is the manager or what but anytime I’ve gone there She sure Seem to act like it. you can tell the other employees are stressed out by her too . And quite frankly, I almost wanna turn around and not eat there when I see that she’s there Because she is so strict and stingy . She acts like every single ingredients is coming out of her personal paycheck . Anytime, I’ve come to this cava and the other employees are there. My bowl is delicious and it’s full. When this lady is there unfortunately it’s almost like she’s counting every Lettuce Every grain of rice and meat . The sauces. She only fills a scoop up half way And then scoops off the remainder off . She also makes sure to charge you extra for everything . I know she’s not the one making your ball She’s breathing behind the other employees bags, making sure that they don’t accidentally serve you too much .

  the people working the line are really rude and have a bad attitude. I asked the older lady with blonde hair with help reading an order from my phone bc i’m new to this restaurant and can’t pronounce everything and she said no and was extremely unhelpful and rude. It took me a while to read everything to get the order right and held up the line when she could’ve easily read the order. I won’t be back to this location. Poor service can ruin a business.
