- TSTodd SpradlinOct 3, 20231.0Wow. This location has went down hill really fast. The staff were rude and he had the could care less attitude. No hint of care in his voice. His attitude almost caused us to walk out while he was making the sandwiches. Basically a get your stuff and get out. The food wasn't fresh either. Definitely will not be going back anytime soon.

When I got to the store my subs hadn’t even been started, so I waited in line like an in store customer. When it was my turn to order the lady told me I had to wait for the customers behind me before she would start my online order regardless of my patience. In the end I cancelled my order and went home. This was unlike any restaurant experience I’ve had in my entire life. I know subway values there online customers just as much as their in store customers as they should, so this was upsetting. Kedron subway will not have my business for a while.
