  Nothing is worse than biting into a Philly cheesesteak sub and the meat is raw. I spent $17 on a sub meal that I had to throw away due to under cooked meat. Worse experience ever!!

  First time in, will be the last time. Sat down at a table, which then leg crumbled on my Grandson. Food was blah beyond words, the bag of chips had way to many bad part's and we're almost burnt. Bread totally overwhelmed the flavor of meat. All I can say is YUCK!

  Love ordering from this location, but sometimes my order gets messed up. I typically don't say anything because I understand working in food service and have years of experience doing so. However, today I called to tell this location that the Turkey Tom I usually order did not have tomatoes on it and was told "I don't know what to do about that". I can definitely eat my sandwich without tomatoes, no big deal, but if something is made the wrong way, standard procedure (imo from working in food service) is to offer to make a new sandwich or at least offer a coupon instead of saying "I don't know what to do about it". Bit of a cop out, especially since I order from here so often. I appreciate y'all regardless, hopefully a better answer will be offered in the future for mistakes!
