Wait time long, and definitely not to make fresh anything. Having worked at a Wendy’s many years ago, this would never fly. It’s not difficult to deliver a quality product at rush hour, let alone us being the only customer. Phones or socializing must have been priority.

I’ve also had a couple orders made wrong, which is frustrating after waiting so long. There are occasional good moments, but overall the consistency just isn’t there right now.
