- OOOzzy2 days ago1.0I’ve been ordering from Papa John’s for years and never had an issue until recently. Over the past month, I placed two separate orders and neither was delivered. The first time, I was told there was a system issue. The second time, the order was already late and when I called the store, no one answered at all. On both occasions, I waited over an hour and then had to find food elsewhere at the last minute. No communication, no follow-up, no accountability. This is extremely disappointing given my long history as a customer. Until this is resolved, I would absolutely avoid ordering from here.

Also when did they stop giving garlic butter with the pizza? They made me pay for it. I thought Papa John’s was known for the garlic butter that comes with the pizza. The people at the store are nice and friendly but the ordering experience sucks now. I will definitely be ordering dominos from now on
