We used to get their breakfast sandwiches. Loved them. Now it feels as if everything is processed from somewhere and sent over. Texture of microwaved eggs is not something I have ever wanted especially from a place where you pay more and more for less and less. Bring back the quality, please!

Unfortunately this particular Panera as been on a downwards trajectory. The service in particular has suffered since new management was installed about a year ago. This morning I order a simple plain bagel with butter. Picked it up at the counter and they informed me there was no butter. What exactly should I do with a now sliced and toasted bagel without a spread? No offers of other spreads or appologies. Just handed it to me and walked off. Other small incidences like this have occurred in the last year. Most of the time the food is good, just don't expected a high level of service from about half the staff. Its luck of the draw. On the scale of Panera's this one has sadly fallen into the bottom third.

The staff was very pleasant and the restaurant was as clean as mine was, I retired from 24 years in the restaurant businesses in 2021 in California and relocated here in Georgia. The manager was Ashley and I was happy to see that she ran a great restaurant with a great team of workers. The sandwich and soup was very good, I had chicken and rice soup, with a half steak sandwich sandwich, my beige had Tomato soup and a salad. I'd give her Ashley and staff and food a 9.5 out of 10
