The employees here are hidden away in the back, no one is up front to give you the various things you need, like water cups, which were behind the counter. My husband's food got cold just waiting for cups for our kids. The decaf coffee wasn't ready? At 10 am? And then when we left the regular coffee wasn't ready. The food wasn't what I would expect from Panera and the pastries were stale (again, at 10 am?) Truly terrible. Death by kiosk. Y'all come on now. Shut the kiosks off and just operate normally - face to face with customers so you know what they need and how your service is.

They forget the extra hummus, my wife goes back after checking and asks for it, they give us dressing instead. They forgot the SOUP on a bread bowl today as well. Had to go back annd ask for that ask well. Asked for my son’s sandwich to be on French bread, gives us rye bread instead. Just dealt with that and had him eat it. No explanation to why they didn’t do it. I wouldn’t even bother writing a review if it was a one off. This has happened multiple times.

We used to get their breakfast sandwiches. Loved them. Now it feels as if everything is processed from somewhere and sent over. Texture of microwaved eggs is not something I have ever wanted especially from a place where you pay more and more for less and less. Bring back the quality, please!
