Used to eat at Panera all the time, value is way down. Service was OK, stopped around 12:30 on Wednesday, short wait on ordering. Had a pick 2 with a half ciabatta cheesesteak and Asian chicken salad. The sandwich was good but VERY light on meat, the chicken salad had NO CHICKEN. I ate it, but probably should have asked why no chicken? Hmmmm... Chicken salad sandwich was very average. Best part of the meal was the French bread, even though I had to go back and ask for butter twice. Very stingy with the butter! Overall, the food is decent, but for $25, lots of options. (Also, entire floor was sticky, must've mopped with very dirty water) Final note: staff prefers to hide behind the counter and ignore customers questions. Unfriendly feel 👎🏻

The food was amazing my first time trying black bean soup and the service today was 10/10 .. I was greeted by a young man asking if I needed anything and just general conversation. Which made the visit that much more enjoyable! I will make sure to come back soon !!

When we pulled up we wondered why there was a line out the door at the Waffle House next door. $60 later we know why. The employees here are hidden away in the back, no one is up front to give you the various things you need, like water cups, which were behind the counter. My husband's food got cold just waiting for cups for our kids. The decaf coffee wasn't ready? At 10 am? And then when we left the regular coffee wasn't ready. The food wasn't what I would expect from Panera and the pastries were stale (again, at 10 am?) Truly terrible. Death by kiosk. Y'all come on now. Shut the kiosks off and just operate normally - face to face with customers so you know what they need and how your service is.
