Within a few minutes of me sitting down in the pickup area, an employee greeted me and asked my name to check on my order. He gave me my cup so I could have my drink while I waited (many places often forget this, and I really appreciated it!!!). I settled in with my phone to wait (staffing shortage, remember), but within 6 min or less my order was done, packaged and ready! No mistakes either!! The icing on the cake was that he offered to help me carry all the food to my car, which I HAPPILY accepted. I have lifting restrictions from a recent surgery, so I was going to either struggle, hurt myself trying to carry it, or have to ask (when I knew they were short-staffed🥺). So his offer of help was truly appreciated!!! This Newk’s has always had delicious food and good service, but today they went above and beyond!! 10/5 ⭐️!!!
