    I am so tired of what customer service has become since Covid nowhere is ever opened past 9:00 and all the workers think they don’t have to work for some stupid reason. I order for 5 people, pay $36, and I’m missing $20 worth of food. I don’t get any fries and I’m missing an entire Big Mac and that Big Mac doesn’t even have the ingredients I ordered on it. This doesn’t really matter but I wanted to add it on anyway cause I’m angry, they couldn’t even pronounce “Ian” correctly.

    Ironic that the one McDonald’s I had hope for in the entire Coweta/Fayette area ended up doing the most damage to that trust. I ordered a double cheeseburger and received a disfigured single cheeseburger instead. I usually ignore small mess-ups, but I was close enough to come back inside and this was unacceptable. I only wanted to receive what I paid for, however, no one was at the inside counter for over a minute. When I finally explained the issue, I was met with a visible “are you serious?” look rather than basic professionalism. After the repeated mistakes I’ve personally experienced and the reputation I’ve heard about lately, this will likely be my last time dealing with McDonald’s.
