- ARA RMJan 5, 20265.0I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts in Peachtree City all the time, and they are the only location that consistently makes my drink exactly the way I like it. Layla is usually the one who makes it, and she is absolutely wonderful. She is always kind, professional, and genuinely cares about doing her job well. On one visit, there was an issue with my drink, and Layla went above and beyond to fix it without hesitation. Her attitude and customer service were outstanding. Dunkin’ Donuts—please make sure you keep her. She is truly a gem. Thank you, Layla!

Aliyah and Sophia were very helpful with my order and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy the rest of my morning. Although they were super slammed and busy, they went out of their way to make sure everyone in the lobby was taking care of. other workers were there but these two were on top of it. I kindly asked for their names, and told them how good of a job they were doing. I hope they are getting the pay they deserve! they were the best.

In drive thru line atleast 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. Finally got to window, no acknowledgement, just filling orders in plain sight with one person waiting in-store. After atleast 5 minutes ask politely can I get my coffee (I ordered a large hot w/ French vanilla). Her response "When I finish filling this order." Ask for Manager and she said none on duty, let her know how unprofessional and ignorant she was and she closed window on me. I pulled in front, went inside and let her have it. Would not share name. Pulled out camera to take Pic of her (attached) and she waved....Manager and Dunkin Donuts Corporate....fire her immediately! Further, get some guidance and direction from the likes of other fast food chains dealing with drive thu service with volumes much higher but get it right (i.e. Chickfila). This is a recurring issue at almost all of your locations....Shameful and unacceptable! BTW, no apologies and never got my Coffee.
