Layla is usually the one who makes it, and she is absolutely wonderful. She is always kind, professional, and genuinely cares about doing her job well. On one visit, there was an issue with my drink, and Layla went above and beyond to fix it without hesitation. Her attitude and customer service were outstanding. Dunkin’ Donuts—please make sure you keep her. She is truly a gem. Thank you, Layla!
