- MIMalia IsaacFeb 18, 20261.0Only customer, two people at counter, neither spoke to me when I walked in and neither wanted to wait on me. The one guy who did wait on me didn’t know what a cinnamon roll was🙄. The “director” came out to help him and was rude and combative. Order was wrong and I tried to tell him, but he kept insisting it was correct. Got home and had the wrong donuts, just as I had told him. Went back to get correct donuts and he argued with me, won’t be back! I think some in-depth customer service is needed here!
