    We’ve been customers of this DQ for over 5 years, and the service at this location has been the worst of any Dairy Queen we’ve lived near. Employees aren’t responsible, often repeat the same scripted excuses instead of solving issues, and don’t seem to care about customers. They act however they want, and it shows in most visits. You may want to get in contact with us — I would welcome a call to discuss this and hopefully see improvements. We’d love to see our local DQ improve, as it’s definitely below average. Local DQ issues came up in a neighbors discussion and we all (8 or more families) noticed the same behaviors. Not sure if this is a leadership issue or an employee selection issue.

    Don’t come here they don’t follow Dairy Queen‘s policy. They don’t flip it and when I told them they didn’t flip it they got mad and tried to take the ice cream back when it should’ve been free. We came late at night, but that doesn’t mean they have to do their job. I don’t know why they not fall following their policy like it comes out of their bankaccount. Worst service ever do notcome here unless you want rude people and bad ice cream by the way it’s not even real ice cream is dairy dessert. By the way, they made us walk through the drive-through to get our ice cream. They wouldn’t open the door.
