The restaurant was not at all busy, and it took forever to get our dinner. Our server seemed distracted, uninterested, or she's just not a good server to begin with. In addition, my order was wrong. I ordered angel hair pasta, but was given linguine. The brocolli that came with my wife's dinner was ice cold. She ordered chicken marsala, and got two little pieces of chicken and ice cold brocolli. It was a very unappealing looking dish. For the price, I expected more. We said something to our server, and the reply was "I'm sorry", with no attempt to correct or fix the situation. Unacceptable. When we asked for more bread, it took over 15 minutes to get it, which is again, unacceptable for a restaurant that was not busy. All in all, the service and attentiveness was severely lacking, and the kitchen was extremely slow. I notice that when a restaurant is not busy, the kitchen in particular is extremely slow because they are not hustling to get the food out to a busy dining room. This was the case. We were left at our table for very long periods of time with the server not checking back with us, or seeing if we needed anything. I expect to be treated as a valued customer, and to be able to enjoy a quality meal with better service than that when the prices are as high as they are. At least give me something for my money and make the experience worthwhile. This experience fell far below our expectations. This restaurant has definitely gone downhill since the last time we were there. And I don't think we'll be going back for such overpriced food when the service is that bad!
