Ordered a banana split off the app & was then told they couldn't make it.....and they had no way to refund the money for the purchase....if unconcerned & could care less weren't the 2 people that were at the window then I wouldn't know who was. The app doesn't seem to have a way to even get a refund & of course the store was no help at all.....

- MMMart MDec 3, 20251.0We’ve been customers of this DQ for over 5 years, and the service at this location has been the worst of any Dairy Queen we’ve lived near. Employees aren’t responsible, often repeat the same scripted excuses instead of solving issues, and don’t seem to care about customers. They act however they want, and it shows in most visits. You may want to get in contact with us — I would welcome a call to discuss this and hopefully see improvements. We’d love to see our local DQ improve, as it’s definitely below average. Local DQ issues came up in a neighbors discussion and we all (8 or more families) noticed the same behaviors. Not sure if this is a leadership issue or an employee selection issue.
