- CCClaudia C1 day ago1.0They’re always missing something. They are either out of rice, steak, queso or chips. Doesn’t matter what time you go. This place is horrible and never seem to have a manager around.

They decide if they want to serve you or not. I once was in line behind a dad and his son and it looked like they’d been waiting awhile. They finally turned around and walked out after no one came to take their order. The food is most of the time alright, that is if you get a proper serving, but for some reason their lettuce is never fresh and you have to pick off a lot of wilt. Basically, if you can actually get service and survive the employees attitudes then you’ll be fine. If not, go elsewhere because the customer service is slim to none. It’s almost comical.

I don’t understand how a restaurant can CONSTANTLY not prep enough and run out of things almost daily. It’s always messy. Tables not cleaned off, prep area messy, food all over the area where they put your food together. I have walked out empty handed several times. Literally hate this location.
