  Slow. rude. 42 minute wait. Had to ask for my food that was sitting dead cold. The best palmetto has to offer I guess.

  I ordered a number 10 from the menu in the drive thru. The woman in the drive through took my money and asked me to move to the door so someone can bring out my food. She didn't even give me a receipt. I waited 20 minutes for my food to not arrive. Mind you I'm on my lunch and have limited time. I parked my car and went inside. I asked for my food and the woman responded it wasn't ready yet. I asked for my money back. Then the food magically appeared. Smh. She didn't apologize. She has terrible customer service and no respect for people's food or time. I hate going to this location but it's the closest food place to where I work. Please do better.

  I was in the drive thru. Tap wasn’t working so I had to come inside. Got inside the computer stop working. Cashier in the front said to the team “ Don’t send no one else up here to pay “ with an attitude. I walked out without my food. Bad energy

  I wish I could give this location a negative star rating! I have gone there around 7:15pm on more than one occasion. Both times, there’s been zero cars in the drive thru and zero in the dining area. I’ve stood at the front counter for 15-20 and I’m not exaggerating……zero acknowledgment that I’m there. On another occasion, I stood there waiting for someone and finally saw a young lady with a headset on working the drive-thru and asked her if anyone was taking orders at the register and she looked at me like she was upset that I was in there and told me NO. It was well before closing, approximately 7:10pm. Why was the door even unlocked then? I don’t know if this is a corporately owned restaurant or a franchise owned one but there needs to be a surprise visit to maintain quality control at this location if they care about business. This is the same location where a supervisor un-alived a female employee’s father. With the rising cost of eating out, I won’t beg anyone to take my hard earned money. I will not EVER return back to this location!! It was convenient because I drive tractor trailer for the USPS and the plant is a mile down the road. This place won’t get another dollar from me!!!
