  I went to Pizza Hut today, and it honestly felt like stepping back in time. I haven’t been in over a year, but something told me to go for our usual Movie Pizza Friday that my wife and I always do. We were taken care of by Peggy, and let me tell you,she was incredible. Her energy, service, and retro vibe brought back such a strong sense of nostalgia. It reminded me of being a kid again, renting movies from Blockbuster or Hollywood Video, then heading to Pizza Hut with my mom for a box of pizza. Because of her, the experience was truly special. She didn’t just serve us,she brought back a core memory. Thank you, Peggy. We’ll definitely be coming back.

  Went to pick up our pizza and Tristen was so nice and helpful! Also the bread sticks were amazing!!

  Came in tonight on 4-7-26 at 8:30 PM. I'm a regular customer at this Mundy Mill location and normally everyone is extremely polite and professional each time. Not tonight however...I waited in the drive thru window (which was open) for over five or six minutes while the individual making pizzas looked at me three times and didn't acknowledge me. Then she walked over to the window and grabbed napkins and paper plates looked at me again and said nothing. When she finally came back, she rudely said what's the name. No sorry for the wait, no hello, nothing. I asked for the manager and she informed me she was the manager and her attitude was horrible. Hopefully someone other than her will see this. We decided to cancel our order. Maybe she only has an issue with customers who look like me..I'm not sure but this was definitely a bad experience. I don't trust people like that to make my food.

  John adams made sure my order was tooken care of with precision customer service was spot on and environment was exceptionally clean i recommend this location for any orders or pickups spot on service super fast!

  Overall one of the best pizza hut I've ve been to! Always come to this specific location due to the excellent customer service. Highly recommend! Plus my food was ready as soon as I got into the door. Thank you!
