It’s either something is missing or I am given the wrong item. Today I had gotten some dunkin delivered where I had gotten some iced drinks and two of the sausage egg and cheese sourdough sandwiches. One of the sandwiches was missing the sausage and neither of them were toasted despite pressing the option for it to be. I ordered an iced brown sugar almond macchiato, however, what came instead was an iced matcha. How do yall constantly mess up orders??? I understand a mistake or two, if this happens every once in a while, or if they are in the middle of a rush but EVERY single time is absolutely ridiculous. Please fix this.
