    I just had the most unpleasant visit to this McDonald’s location. This location has many many many problems that haven’t been addressed probably my last time ever in life going to this location. The drive-through girl at the second one attitude was so nasty only because she got the wrong size cup for my unsweetened tea. I didn’t make a big deal about it. I didn’t raise my voice at all I said like I’m sorry that’s the wrong cup. I said I paid for a large. She slammed the window in my face as she grabbed another employee telling them what was going on her hand movement. Her face gesture was so nasty that I can tell like she was mad because she had the wrong size cup. Do you think it really that serious about a one dollar unsweet tea? I didn’t make a big deal all I said you know if that’s the wrong cup. I talked to the manager. She act like she really couldn’t care less and as I’m talking to the manager, the employee back running her mouth. I definitely can see why this restaurant only has a 2.5 star if I could rate it as a zero, I would really rate it as a zero! It’s cool. I will be definitely contacting Corporate Monday morning. You would never get this service at the McDonald’s at the intersection of Holcomb Bridge and Nesbit . You would never get this kind of service.

    I'm not sure why/how this location has such low ratings,but my food is ALWAYS fresh here and short wait times in the DT! Today,Marlos was patient anf kind as I placed my order and that type of service is to be commended!

    Went to the drive through for some syrups and was questioned why i was getting syrups from there because they give them at my job and worker saw my job shirt. I explained the reason why but the worker had and attitude and was judging me after i repeatedly said i didn’t mind paying and then the worker said he would meet me on the other side and slammed the window , when he gave me the syrups he said “next time make better financial decisions” i laughed it off but felt super uncomfortable and judged because even though it was none of the workers business at all i explained and still felt judged . Workers should definitely be more nice.

    They were friendly enough until I told them they messed up my order. I went through the drive through and I came back around again and told them they added egg to my order. So he asked if I wanted to buy a new one. I explained that I didn't and I just wanted a new one without egg. I never heard back from him. Someone else came on the line. They got me a new one and told me to check it before I left this time. I did that last time but okay, no big deal. Well this time they forgot the cheese I paid extra for. I asked if I was charged extra for the egg and instead of answering the question, the lady said they were just confused in the back. Not a single person apologized or acted like they cared. I was treated like an inconvenience. As a previous manager of fast food, I was really displeased with how I was treated. It's okay to make mistakes. I was never upset. I just wanted to feel like someone cared and wasn't going to spit in my food. I was even okay being overcharged without a refund. I'm not okay with the lack of customer service.

    This location was doing so well until tonight. I asked the service worker in the drive through about the cost of a six piece nugget meal. As she was rushing me with my order saying, “Anything else? Anything else?” I had to pause her again and ask how much it was going to cost. She said the meal was $7.76. I dismissed her attitude and decided to stay in line to pay for the food. Once I arrive at the drive-through window, she tells me that my was was something close to $9.00. I told her that she didn’t state that when I placed my order. She stated, “$7.76 plus the tax is your total”. I repeated, “You didn’t state that. You should’ve told me my actual total.” I drove off after seeing her realize the idiotic words she said through the speaker. I’ve never met someone who would want to rage bait over the cost of a meal. If you are that unhappy about your job, please find somewhere else to work. This location has turned itself around after the past couple of years, and she is turning it right back to what it use to be. What type of worker doesn’t give the customer their total after tax? I don’t care if you just work at McDonald’s and are 22 years or younger, please have common sense. This is regarded towards the young black lady with the old feed-in stitch braids. Please do better and have class and integrity no matter what job you are at.
