- DNDang NNov 6, 20251.0I don’t usually post negative reviews but this location was well below Wendy standards. We arrived around 8:30 pm on a weeknight. We walked up to the counter and attempted to order a spicy chicken sandwich and a salad. But both items were not available. The cashier didn’t provide much details beyond: “we don’t have anymore”. So we just ordered what was in stock. When our food was ready, we picked it up at the counter and asked for napkins, again the cashier stated they that didn’t have anymore napkins. I asked about the self serve ketchup cups and again they were all out. Instead of offering any solutions, the cashier stood there looking amused by it all. So I asked for ketchup packets and anything that would work as a napkin. He grabbed a few ketchup packets from the drive thru window area. And he ripped off some industrial paper towels from behind the counter from a large roll. Needless to say this was an awful experience. And don’t get me started on the soda machine. Avoid this location if you can. I think a healthy dose of customer service training as well as better inventory management is desperately needed here.
