I asked the mangers if they could remake it and he took the food back that was open into the window n 3 mins later hands the bag with the same food wrapped in a new bag n when I go inside they yelling saying that’s what I ordered And then 1 have the nerve to brag that she been working there since she was 17, that’s embarrassing n I can tell why she is 47 and still a manger position bc her customer service in general sucks n her professionalism isn’t there so im surprised she even made it past an associate position. She’s embarrassing the Taco Bell name for sure. I didn’t yell back or be rude bc there is no point to get mad at low mindset people. God bless her
