This taco bell leaves the doors unlocked but when you come in you are told to leave. I ordered on the tablet inside and waited over 40 minutes for my order. The bathrooms are locked so while you are waiting this ridiculous amount of time you cannot use the bathroom and are forced to wait.

after a bad experience the other night, i had put in a complaint to the customer service forum on the website. i had opted to be contacted again and after i was contacted, the GM already had started the call about my experience with passive aggression and was unprofessional in her verbiage. there was no apologies from her on on the staff’s behavior. and she was somehow confused on how not talking to customers or double verifying people’s orders is not basic customer service. food was great but BASIC customer service was very lacking and i can see why if their manager is not a nice person either. i get y’all work at taco bell but being nice and decent to folks isn’t and shouldn’t be hard. we literally waited in the drive thru for almost half an hour and the staff didn’t talk to us at all besides being at the speaker. i usually never really expect taco bell to have amazing customer service but everytime we’ve been here, it’s usually not bad enough to the point i felt like i had to complain. if the service was fast, i wouldn’t be complaining. this location used to be good and now it’s just not what it used to be. if y’all are gonna choose to be rude to folks, at least be fast with your service. also if the GM is reading this, if you’re gonna contact customers who complain, maybe don’t be aggressive and confused when someone complains and actually ask questions with understanding and empathy. i work in customer service and i get that its hard sometimes but as a MANAGER, you should always be professional when addressing concerns. i can see why your staff looked unhappy and were rude now.

Ryan K was my driver for my food. Food came 30 minutes late as the ETA kept getting delayed. Multiple times where his car was just stationary for minutes. Horrible experience.

When I got home some things were still warm and others were cold. Normally it is not like this. Don't know if it was because it was 11:30 and they were starting lunch.
