    The best Subway experience I have ever had! First of all, the store said it closed online at 10pm. In the past, Subway restaurants closing that late is usually inaccurate. They often close 30-60 minutes BEFORE it says they close online. However, this store was still open at 9:33pm. I know it's the bare minimum, but when others of the chain close early, I am thankful for those that close on time. Second of all, the lady who made my sandwich was new-ish and kind. She gave great portion sizes and did not skimp at all. She was even gracious to me at checkout with the form of payment I used. Though the area around this store might be considered "sketchy" by some, it's well worth the trip in my opinion if you're hungry!! The last thing I'll add (I don't know if this was because it was close to closing time or what) but the ingredients were all individually covered with tops. Even better, everything was still fresh. At 9:30pm at night!! I have been to so many subways where the spinach is wilted in the evening as well as other ingredients, but it was not the case here!

    Oh my all these time I was eating from the wrong subway we lived next to the snellville subway today we ate from here oh the taste freshness and how loaded it was damm we all where surprised and loved it thank you so much for the people who made our subway it was amazing

    I always good to this subway sandwiches are always good but. This day I went and ordered tuna. She put the tuna in the toaster. That can make you sick. I was trying to explain that to her and she seemed as if I did something wrong. I said forget it and walked out. I found another subway that is fresher and the soda machine works I will not spend any more money at this location

    Honestly, this is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. My boyfriend and I have ordered at this subway on multiple occasions. Out of the four or five times we’ve ordered there, only one of the orders have been correct (to specify, these are mobile pickup orders). We always put in special instructions to put the sauce on the side (because who likes a soggy sandwich). Well, they never read the special instructions. Usually we just brush it off because we think “oh, maybe they were busy” or something like that. Well this last time we were fed up with it. We placed the pickup order at 8 P.M. and we didn’t get there until 8:30 P.M. The lady was rude when I picked up the food, but I brushed it off. We got home at 9 P.M., but we didn’t eat the sandwiches until around 9:30 P.M. (this specific store closes at 9 P.M.). Well, to no surprise, they didn’t read the instructions to put the sauces on the side in containers. They mixed up the sauces on my boyfriend’s sandwich. He wanted a little mayonnaise and regular amount of honey mustard. Instead, his sandwich was drenched in mayonnaise and had no honey mustard. My sandwich was fine (other than the sogginess from the sauces, which wouldn’t have happened if they were put on the side like we requested). Well, I thought it was fine until I found a hair in it. So, with the store being closed, we couldn’t take it back. So I called the store after we woke up the next day. I explained the situation, and the guy kept saying “oh, well you should have brought the sandwiches back last night”. I don’t know why he didn’t understand that we couldn’t bring them back since the store was closed. He eventually told me that he’ll go find out why the order was messed up, and that he’d call me back shortly. Thirty minutes passed and I still didn’t receive a call back, so my boyfriend called. The guy said he didn’t find anything out about why the order was messed up, and kept insisting we should have brought the sandwiches back that night (keep in mind the store was closed). We explained to him that we didn’t want the sandwiches replaced, we wanted them to actually read the special instructions and actually make the sandwiches correctly from now on. We repeated that many times, but the guy kept asking what we wanted him to do, and STILL insisted we should have brought the sandwiches back last night. Overall, it seems like the two workers we’ve encountered couldn’t care less about their job. They didn’t care if an order was correct, and they didn’t care about resolving the obvious problem they have. I will NEVER buy from this Subway again.
