No text, no email to let me know that my points were going to disappear. I don’t understand why this app is set up like that. No points that I get from paying for all my orders should be expiring no excuse at all. My points should be my points and should’ve able to hold them until I want to spend them. The only Dunkin I go too and this happens. I’ve spent a lot money here so I don’t think it’s right. 4500 points that I was saving ARE GONE. This absolutely makes no sense. If i don’t go to dunkin for more than 6 months that means I don’t have THE money so until I have money I can’t go to dunkin. That is not my fault. No jobs in GA AT ALL THAT PAY DECENT. I won’t be going back to Dunkin until all my points are put BACK. Someone can do something to fix this for me I just know it and maybe I’ll also reconsider my 1 star review. I love dunkin but after finding out my points are nowhere to be found I’m LOVING DUNKING 1000000 times less now. Please fix.

I had to ask for the cold foam on top that I already paid for???? Donut seemed old and dry. The only thing that was good was my loaded hash browns. And I had to correct them about my order…. Will not be back!

I live in Loganville and I drive to Norcross just for the hospitality.
