I order this drink almost every other day and know what it’s supposed to taste like and it’s not this. If i paid for extra syrup i should be able to taste it. Also asked for light ice and they didn’t do that. It also was not even filled to the top! If i wanted a large cup of milk i would have asked for it.

They still insured me that they had the right amount of shots in the cup. This is an order I get every time I go to Dunkin and this is the only place that can’t seem to get it right. The rest of the staff was also really nice! They knew the customer names that were coming to get their morning coffee. Sometimes, they had the order ready before it was ordered. It was very old school. I'll definitely be back here!

I waited at the box for 5 minutes and drove to the window and the guy closed the store early and was ignoring me at the window. I’ll never come here again. The whole building looks like trash. Go somewhere else before you get sick.

I politely asked if I could get another one, but they refused to remake it since I had already tasted it. I was puzzled as to why it was so difficult to remake the drink or find a solution, especially since I had already paid for it. I then asked for a refund, but they also denied that request, stating they didn’t want to waste the drink. The whole experience was quite strange, as they clearly did not understand the principles of customer service and were unwilling to help in any way. They told me I would either have to keep the drink or purchase another one
