My family did not receive the order until 12:30am on Aug.17; that was 30 minutes before the store closed. When the driver got here the food was cold. We didn't even touch one slice of it. Sending people cold food makes NO SENSE! My family had already gone to bed assuming there would be no delivery, after making several attempts to call the store earlier with no answer. So, the late delivery was an inconvenience and this was TERRIBLE customer service! If the order was going to be late they could of remade the order before delivering or called to say they can't deliver and give us a refund. This was RIDICULOUS! I hope this store take this feedback into consideration.
