The beef patties for my double cheeseburger were seem to be heated with microwave instead of in the grill, despite what the employee told me they were not. Water fountain was broken, 3 items were missing with my order, I got a cheeseburger, 1 patty, instead of a double cheeseburger, 2 patties, missing water bottle, missing kid cone, our dine-in table was smelly and dirty. They need to retrain their employees and stop cutting corners, and I only hope they improve their operational performance and they truly believe their customers, especially 1st time customers, do they care if these customers return? Don't these customers have an impact their bottom lines ?
