    I gave a one star because I ended up cancelling my order. The shift manager was rude and unprofessional either. I asked about the special that appears in the Arby's app, although it showed that this particular restaurant is not participating in the promotion. I asked if she can checked system because when I visited the same location a few weeks back, another shift manager looked up in their system and was able to applied the promotion from the Arby's app. This time, a different shift manager didn't even try and smirk at me when I was asking her about an item on the menu. Feeling frustrated, I cancelled my entire order and went next door to Wendy's. For context, I paid closed to $40 worth of food the previous time I was there. I ended up spending $37 at Wendy's.

    I arrived to pick up my mobile order today, 11/16/25, at approximately 6:45 p.m. The employee working the drive-thru window asked me to pull into a parking space and advised that my order would be brought out. By 7:00 p.m., after watching several other vehicles receive their food, I went inside to check on the status. My order had already been prepared but was sitting on the counter unattended. It appears the employee at the window did not ensure it was delivered. This experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. I would appreciate a resolution for the inconvenience, as this is not the level of service I expect when placing a mobile order.

    When I tell you this is the cleanest Arby's I have ever been to, just know I ain't lying! The crew working at 4:00 on a Saturday knows how to make you feel welcome. We sat and ate like we were at a high end restaurant because the atmosphere, the staff, and cleanliness made it a very pleasant! This crew def needs recognition!! PEOPLE CHOOSE THIS ARBY'S!!! You won't regret it πŸ˜‰πŸ˜
