  No recomiendo ir a este lugar la noche de hoy con mi amigo entramos a comprar un café nos atendió un chico de muy mal humor no entiendo por qué cuando ya estábamos pidiendo el café salió otro hombre era un señor más grande hispano nos dijo que ya no nos podían atender por qué iban a cerrar cuando ya estábamos en la caja listos para pedir después de eso entró otra persona a la cual si atendieron la verdad no entiendo el motivo del comportamiento de estos dos tipos pero fue una muy mala experiencia y falta de respeto para nosotros si miran las de más reseñas hay personas que hablan de situaciones muy parecidas relacionadas con la atención al cliente sobre la manera en que el chico atiende a sus clientes de mala gana

  I don't understand why this specific Dunkin location allows homeless people and others to hang out here. They aren't buying anything here, just charging and looking at their phones. This is early April, it's nice outside. I came in this location in Feb to get some breakfast and it was the same. People hanging out, not buying food or anything. Every table was full. So I thought maybe it's too cold, Dunkin is helping the homeless. But that's not the case, the employees here are afraid to make these vagrants leave. I understand their fear, but their lax policy on hanging out has caused the problem. They should hire a security guard who makes people leave if they aren't eating. Other locations make people leave. I once bought my lunch at the Toco Hills location and was on my Tablet doing a little work while eating. A lady came out and made everyone leave except for me and another couple tables who were eating as well. I want to use this location here on Jimmy Carter, but I'm skeptical about coming back here again. I spoke to a manager on the phone who was very nice and understanding. Maybe she needs to spend some time here running people out, or like I mentioned, hire a security guard temporarily to make this Jimmy Carter location welcoming to paying guest.

  Gross! My coffee tasted like cough syrup! I'll never try any of the banana flavored drinks again, it had to be the artificial flavoring. I only took one sip and never touched the drink after. Also since when is chocolate cold foam served when only asked for cold foam? Not impressed Norcross Dunkin.

  Never coming back to these places very bad Customer Service the cashier very ungreety does event say good morning the people that serve the food just don't call out your food if they don't know English they need to learn it
