However, my service experience was horrible as many things were unavailable because they had a large catering order. My portions were small, and I felt I had to ask for extra. I even went to another chipotle to get the portions that they didn’t have (or wouldn’t give). Plus, you all weren’t even busy… it was just me. Chipotle, please plan better as your customer experience will suffer if you continue to place catering orders over regular walk-ins, I understand trying to get them out, but plan accordingly so they don’t affect each other.
