  I walked in and just wanted 2 drinks nothing big and it was right before the inside part had closed and it’s not like I’m ordering the whole entire menu and as we were waiting for help 3 or 4 different people in the back were complaining at the fact that we were in the lobby and I felt more of a burden to them more than anything and made me not even want to get the drinks I paid for at the self served station and the drinks were disgusting and tasted like they needed to change the syrup out

  Drive thru lady was very rude. Asked at the window to have my order repeated and they still got it wrong. Went inside to have it fixed the restaurant looked dirty and smelled of cannabis. Really hope they fix this location as this isn’t the first time I’ve had this happen

  The Worker placed food down hard in front of me. I still said thank you and have a nice day and there was no reply. Just rude service. It was an Afternoon shift frontline worker.Choose a job you’re passionate about. Clearly this isn’t it..

  I don't think the staff has cleaned this Wendy's since the renovation. Seating areas were filthy. Ketchup, napkins, lids station was a mess. Clearly the manager does not walk the floor. My burger was fine but the fries were old and refried. I have loved Wendy's since I was a child, but the quality across locations no longer justifies $12 per combo. I'd happily pay this for fresh food and a clean restaurant. I got neither here.

  I ordered food from the self service. The person making sandwiched was on the phone in one hand while making my food. Waited about 5 minutes for someone else to decide to come out from the back as she just stands there looking around. I finely said can someone bag up my food.
