- JFJoseph Funderburk2 days ago1.0I made a mobile order didn’t feel like getting out of my car so I hit the drive thru. Rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes… today was a nightmare. I sat here about 35 minutes finally got fed up and called Pilot to let them know that they need to tell Wendy’s that if they’re not going to serve anybody in the drive thru they need to close it down. I understand that some people don’t show up for work and it shorts everybody else. Everybody working tonight as far as I could tell wasn’t at fault. But for future reference close down the drive thru if there’s not enough people to work the counter and the drive thru. It’s ridiculous to have to sit in a line for 35 minutes and your sugar is low just to cancel your order. And then you still have to sit there. Because there’s no way out of the drive thru without tearing up your vehicle.

I don't know who the manager is, but that is completely unacceptable for a drive thru. She should be reimbursed for having to wait that long for "fast" food. If you are traveling Interstate 85 through Georgia, avoid exit 41 Wendy's at all costs. It the one connected to the Pilot truck stop.

It stinks like dirty socks, I waited over 20 minutes for my food, staff dont care how long you wait and they just set your stuff on the counter without even calling your name. The entire floor is sticky, the tables are sticky, overall super dirty. I would rate this place negative stars if I could. Food is ok.
