  Wouldn’t substitute my DoorDash order like she was supposed to and kicked my DoorDash driver out of the store. Item wasn’t available because they shut the machines down 45 minutes early. I can’t get refunded because the general manager is incompetent at her job. If your item is unavailable you substitute and refund me. Instead i have no refund and a DoorDash driver who was embarrassed and not compensated. Now when we call they hung up when I asked for general managers name, acted like they didn’t hear us, then now is outright ignoring the phone. Will be going to corporate with recorded calls. Hopefully when she gets fired it makes this Wendy’s much much better.

  Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 frosty’s over doordash, the dasher called to tell us they didnt have frostys and wendy’s refused to cancel the order. We couldnt cancel on our side or it wouldnt refund us because it said they already started the order. The general manager had a rotten attitude over the phone and ended up walking away saying “i dont have time for this.” We have been trying to call to get the managers name but they hung up, then pretended not to hear when we called again, and is now ignoring phone calls.

  While at Wendy’s this morning I ordered with the automated ordering system in the drive through and it was pretty confusing because I had never used it before and when I pulled up to the window to pay Tinesha told me that I can just ask to speak to a person if I didn’t like the automated system, and she also told me I can just ask for her personally because she is there all week. Tinesha’s customer service and consideration blew me away because as someone who works in customer service it is really rare to find someone who is truly passionate and really cares about customer interactions! She went above and beyond today and her kindness and initiative speak volumes! I will definitely be back to see Tinesha!

  I've tried giving this location lots of chances, but unfortunately it seems like it gets worse and worse and the inclusion of the AI ordering is terrible. Half of the times i've been here and ordered through the AI, it glitches and never sends my order up so i have to wait even longer for my food. Really hate the inclusion of it. Sometimes the food tastes ok but other times its like my fries and nuggets are cardboard. And what i ask for in my order is often wrong too. And also i wish i could have a frosty but the machine is either down or this location is out of frosty. Very fed up with this location.

  Food quality has been consistent, the nuggets yesterday afternoon were perfect. The employees are nice but things move kinda slow sometimes. But I will say I haven't ever had anything missing from my order. FYI they are using AI in the drive-thru, but if you say "Crew Member" you can talk to an employee.
