  Placed an online order at noon for a 2:20 pickup. Order was for ten sandwiches. When I arrived at 2:25, the order was not ready. At 2:45, I was handed what was supposed to be my order. Two of the sandwiches were supposed to be footlong but were not. Staff member debated what they were supposed to be and I had to point them out on the order confirmation email. At 2:50 I left with my order (thirty minutes after it was supposed to be ready). Additionally, we discovered that one of the sandwiches, ordered with double meat, did not have the extra meat that we paid for. The receipt does not have a "contact us" number or direct website communication like most franchisees do these days, so this public forum is the only place I can seek redress.

  The guy was on his phone (iPods) and I couldn’t understand if he was talking to me or the phone person. I had a coupon that I showed him to start with ( obeying the handwritten piece of paper asking for that). After all that, he said at checkout they don’t take that coupon for the sandwiches I got. I said, it does NOT exclude my sandwich on the coupon. He then stated he was not a participating store! Will NOT be going back.

  i ordered a foot long roasted turkey add bacon. i paid 4$ for the bacon for only HALF of my sandwhich to have it and it was RAW!!!!! absolutely disgusting AND a health hazard.

  The sandwich was delicious. Getting it ordered was a task. Nothing is labeld so you dont know what bread is available,, what cheese is available, ect. The workers look at you like you should know the menu by heart! It makes you very uncomfortable. I love the sandwiches but don't go there often because of this.

  Fast and delicious, just what you expect from a Subway. Very clean inside. Restroom was clean too.
