I have never received the correct order from them in 4-5 attempts. Will never use them again. Just order directly from Papa John's and let them deliver for a much better experience.

Either way my pizzas were made 2 hours before I picked them up and said there was nothing they had to do. They’re supposed policy to throw them away after 1 hour and remake it when the person shows up for the order. My fear was food poisoning after it had been under the heat lamps for 2 hours. I talked to upper management and said there is nothing I want from them at this point. I don’t want my money back or a gift card. I just won’t ever go back and will suggest everyone to stay away from this location.

Girl working informed us we ordered online and those times are never right. We stated it wasn’t our problem and she let us know it wasn’t her problem either. Will drive across town to Glenda Trace from now on. Very poor customer service in the fact the employees just didn’t care and didn’t want to find a solution. Don’t order online from this location. Waste of your time.
