Ordered on the app and half of my order wasn't in the bag or wasn't made right. There was also no way to get a refund for the food that was missing.

Went through the drive-thru had a big order, so understandable some stuff my get overlooked. Got food and went home (which is 15 min away) and noticed 3 orders of fries was left out. Tried calling to let them know about the error but no one answered so i just went back up there. I go inside and a worker helped me out, but there was an older lady in the drive thru area fussing and talking loud saying she KNOW she put the fries in the bag and told the guy to only give me 1 fry. I told her yea i paid for 3, so you gonna give me 3 you left out. She kept on talking loud even the guy at the window said he only saw 1 in the bag. So luckily buddy gave me what i paid for. Lady was actin like she was the queen of frys and it really wasnt that serious.

I can go to almost any Chick-fil-A and have a wonderful customer service experience. That was definitely not the case here.
Even the manager of the store was rude and acted like they were above working at a fast-food restaurant. When the manager behaves that way, the rest of the staff tends to follow the same attitude.
When we received our food, the drinks had no ice at all. I asked why there wasn’t any ice, and they said they were “low on ice.” I don’t even really know what that means, but I didn’t make a big deal about it and let it go.
A moment later another customer picked up their food and got a cup full of ice, so I went back up and said, “Hey, that customer just got a full cup of ice and my family got none—what’s going on here?”
The manager rolled their eyes, walked to the back, came out with a cup of ice, and said “Here, fill it yourself.” I couldn’t believe it. I’ve never had someone in customer service act that way.
After I sat back down, my wife noticed they had also forgotten her sweet-and-sour sauce, so I went back up and asked for it. The manager again responded in a rude and almost aggressive tone saying, “Well why didn’t you say that the first time?”
Overall it was a very disappointing experience.
