Clearly the manager does not walk the floor. My burger was fine but the fries were old and refried. I have loved Wendy's since I was a child, but the quality across locations no longer justifies $12 per combo. I'd happily pay this for fresh food and a clean restaurant. I got neither here.

Waited about 5 minutes for someone else to decide to come out from the back as she just stands there looking around. I finely said can someone bag up my food.

Most places you don't get condiments anymore, unless you ask. BUT NO UTINSEL, FOR MY 1 FROSTY! They are doing the bare minimum. Rehire. After seeing other reviews like bugs and stuff though... I just wont go back to this location.
