  Opens at 7am but nobody is there. Waiting 5 more minutes just to be sure. Love Wendy’s but they should just close this location down…

  Placed a mobile order to cut down on the wait. Arrived and checked in at the drive-thru only to be asked to park in one of the mobile spots. What’s the point in ordering ahead if you have to wait once you arrive? Finally received my food 15 minutes later and all the sauces I ordered on the app were wrong. I went inside and there were 9 employees behind the counter, all running around like chickens with their heads cut off. No sense of organization or teamwork, just a bunch of individuals doing their own thing very inefficiently. The manager was present, but he was not managing. This location needs help. The service is slow, the employees aren’t friendly and they have AI and order kiosks for taking orders — very impersonal and it’s clearly not helping with accuracy or efficiency. Won’t be back to this location. Thankfully Newnan has 7 other Wendy’s.

  Ordered a mobile order, 10 minutes later I got to the drive through and had to wait 15 minutes on strips, in the middle of the 12oclock lunch hour. Was told to park in parking spot 1, only to see the car in spot two double parked, not allowing me to park there. So I parked in front of it. The employee finally brought my food out and only said “Why did you park in the middle of the road?” And walked off. No apology on the wait or anything. This location needs help.
