  I visited this Subway today around 10:50 a.m. and had a very mixed experience. I waited about 40 minutes to place my order, but no one was at the counter and no one showed up to help. I even had to ask if the store was open or closed. If the store is open, someone should be available to take orders and help customers in a timely manner. That being said, the staff members I’ve interacted with here before have always been very friendly and nice, which I really appreciate. I hope management can improve the staffing and service during opening hours, because the people who work here are kind, but the long wait and confusion this time were really frustrating.

  Terrible customer service!!! I asked for my sandwich to be toasted. It was barely toasted. The lady put mustard and Mayo on top of my lettuce. Terrible sandwich I want me back.

  There were 3 people in line, and one was available to take orders. I stood there for a long time and eventually left. There didnt seem to be any bread baked already or cookies. There were also no pre-made subs available.

  The easiest way to describe this, its a truck stop, tractor trailer drivers vs passenger car chaos. Getting in and out of the parking and fueling area is not for the beginner driver. The big rig drivers are trying to fuel up, eat, and roll out but mix in the traveling family, local warehouse workers and the person in a hurry traveling for work and what you get is a show, not a good one. Not enough parking and too small for everything going on
