Lately the customer service has completely tanked, and they just throw your sandwich together like slop. I'm not sure what happened, but they can't seem to keep employees, and the ones that are there, are miserable. Yesterday specifically, the employees did not greet us, and were rushing us through the order. Mind you, when we arrived we were the only ones in there. When we sat down to eat, we noticed that they did that to everyone who came in. Then I realized one of the employees was rushing to sit in the dining area to look at his phone. Maybe it was his break time? That's no excuse for delivering crappy service. I've had enough. There are plenty of other sandwich spots we can go to.
