- KKKathyOct 27, 20251.0The guy was on his phone (iPods) and I couldn’t understand if he was talking to me or the phone person. I had a coupon that I showed him to start with ( obeying the handwritten piece of paper asking for that). After all that, he said at checkout they don’t take that coupon for the sandwiches I got. I said, it does NOT exclude my sandwich on the coupon. He then stated he was not a participating store! Will NOT be going back.

When we came in, he was on the phone speaking a foreign language, cleaning trays and we had to wait. No one else was in the subway. He never got off the phone. Couldn't hardly understand him either..
