    We hadn't ordered, or ate at a Pizza Hut in like 20 years. Now, I see why. We decided to order from here because it was close by. HUGE mistake!!! We should've look at the reviews before we ordered from this Pizza Hut. The food is rock bottom gross, and the lip service I got from the manager after I complained was even worse. We ordered a PAN pizza on 10/02/25. My boyfriend went and picked it up. When he opened the box, he immediately told me it didn't look like a PAN pizza at all. I looked and I felt the same way. I called them back and spoke to Michael. He told me 4 things. #1 We could bring it back for store credit. #2 The fans in the ovens weren't working correctly, so that's what happened. #3 Store manager, Jasmine, was not there. #4 We could NOT get a refund because his store manager was adamant about NOT giving refunds. I waited all day Friday for the call. Never got one. I finally called and just talked to Jasmine. She informed me that Michael told her I was going to call her. Wrong. I was also informed that Michael had texted her about what happened, and she told him that he could, indeed, give us a refund. Funny, no one called or texted us to let us know that, and he certainly didn't tell me that during the call. I told Jasmine I had pictures to prove the pizza was not PAN. (Silence on her end). Then I also told her that Michael said the fans in the oven weren't working correctly. She immediately said "Well I didn't know about that." Just all around I got the run around and Jasmine just kept saying "Well this is what Michael told me...." over and over again. So I told her it sounded like she believed Michael. She again, immediately cut me off and told me "I didn't say I believed him, I just said it's what he told me." I thought to myself, but here we are arguing. I finally just got so upset and told her that this whole thing was handled very UN professionally and I was going to give a really bad review online and to have a good evening and hung up. She sounded like an entitled brat that didn't want to hear my concerns at all. She should not have any management position. The ONLY thing good about the pizza was the softness of the crust. The sauce is gross, and the supposed "pan" pizza is greasy as all get out. 100 times more than what it used to be 20 years ago. After I ate a slice, I had to take a paper towel to my tongue to get the film of grease off of my tongue!!!! (After telling Jasmine the same thing, she informed me that pan pizza IS greasy). It shouldn't be THAT greasy! We will NOT be returning!

    Scam or fraudulent things going on at this Pizza Hut. I paid on the mobile app, the payment went through. When I got there I signed my receipt saying the correct price. After waiting for the food they said I have to pay an extra $5 to get my food

    Atmosphere aint what it was back in the day bc i remember it being a fun and friendly place to sit down and eat. But the food is top tier and better than I remember it being years ago. I been sleeping on Pizza Hut but I will no longer be doing that. It was absolutely delicious.

    The pizza is okay for the price, but there's a recurring issue I'd like to point out. We've ordered from this location about once every two weeks, and almost every time, the pizza arrives undercooked and doughy. As a former Pizza Hut employee, I know how the oven system works and everything else, it’s a large machine where pizzas are placed on a conveyor. It might be worth having the store manager check the cook time settings and make sure they’re properly adjusted. Back when I worked at Pizza Hut, if a pizza looked undercooked before slicing, we’d put it back in to finish baking. I recommend your team consider doing the same. The pizzas often aren’t sliced all the way through or not at all, which makes them harder to separate. A little extra attention to cook time and slicing would go a long way. Side note 1 - The "Cooks" is best to have them wear head-nets like we did to prevent hair getting in the food. Side note 2 - Make sure all "Cooks" are wearing those Poly Plastic Gloves - We did, and I thought they were just fine. The Franchise store manager can get 100-500 in a box for 10$ and would go a long way too. Side note 3 - I also noticed from store pictures and review pictures the store could use a proper cleaning, also if the drivers have nothing to do have them clean the back and prep the pans and do dishes. We did this and I, and it made my shift go faster. From the look of it, the back area would not past an inspection check. Side note 4 - If the Franchise Store Manager who owns this location does take my advice and do this, he or she will get better ratings and get more money in their own pocket to boot.
