    The food was not even warm, it was cold. They advertised the pizza being here by 12pm, and it finally got here at 12:35. If it's going to be late, then don't start cooking the pizza at 11am, the time I ordered it.

    I came in tonight and it was absolutely SLAMMED. Everyone was moving. Ovens were at capacity. There was a line in drive through 6 deep and a line inside 8 deep. Some were very rude to the female manager when the situation was out of her control. The rudeness of the customer was uncalled for and unnecessary. The manager kept her composure and kept the food moving out the door. You did great girl! The food industry is not easy and I wish more people could remember that when they are waiting.
