- MMMichael1 day ago1.0This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The employee who took my order was extremely unprofessional and was cussing at me for no reason. On top of that, my order was made wrong, and when I asked for it to be fixed, I was treated with attitude instead of basic respect. I asked for the workers name he wouldn’t give it to me i asked the manager she said it was Gunnar Davis, totally unacceptable. I also asked for a refund since the mistake wasn’t mine, and the worker refused to help and didn’t give me my money back. The whole situation felt disrespectful and poorly handled. Fast food is supposed to be quick and simple, but this turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. I’m usually a regular customer here but Mr Davis ruined my day and experience at this Mcdonald’s.

(thought I had money on a gift card to cover but it was not enough). She is always so sweet when I go there and everyone that works there is always nice. I am so appreciative of her! Will be coming back tomorrow to show my appreciation. Thank you!!!
