I visited this location, as I normally do, and the service was just terrible. No one came to take my order, there were two people working, and their personal food was sitting on the counters, the food was ruffles and a chipotle bowl. The lady was on the phone, on facetime, and I never got my order taken. I did a mobile order, and it took about 12 minutes to get, there were multiple people to come in after me. The group of people got their drinks, the lady got her donuts, (which she came back in cause they were wrong). I ordered a large strawberry daydream refresher light ice and an order of the hashbrowns, my order number was #990, ordered at 4:48, i didn't receive my drink until 5:02. And even then they didn't get my hashbrowns. I stood there patiently waiting, the lady finally comes to ask me after about 3 minutes what I was waiting on. I asked for light ice, and the cup was completely full of ice. I took 2 sips and the ice was poking out, i'll attach photos. I frequent this dunkin, and almost every single time my stuff is wrong. I ALWAYS have to ask them to take the ice out, or remake the drink, even on the ticket it always says "Less ice". I know that the drink will not always be completely full, and i'm completely okay with that! I wouldn't have been mad about my drink having so much ice, if the service was good. It was pretty gross in there, I mean their own food was all over the counters, where I could see it, like a whole chipotle bowl by the ovens. It was gross. I was so dissatisfied with my visit, and I never complain, but it was not busy, they were on facetime, chilling in the back, just not doing their job. I understand if it was busy, and my drink was wrong, and if they were nice. My drink was wrong, I didn't get my food, and I was there for 22 minutes. There were maybe 5 people in that 22 minutes that got their stuff, even the screen said my order was ready, and it wasn't even started. I'm just beyond dissatisfied, and wanted to let yall know.
