  Drive through menu broken. Had to go inside. Almost zero customer service inside. Cashier had ear buds in his ears, wasn't paying attention, and needed our order repeated multiple times. Waited 10 minutes for coffee and a sandwich with no other customers in the shop.

  The coffee that I ordered on the mobile apps was ready mins after I got there. Nice work! However, the atmosphere in the place that morning was not friendly at all. No morning, hello, welcome. None of those. Just not welcoming, get your coffee or expresso if you need but be nice and inviting to people should be a happy place to come, not tense. The glass case where the donuts were displayed was a nice touch though to get you tempted. Almost got me, got away...one more time without a fritter I win! 🏆 ☕️🍩😆

  Me and my wife share one day off together and normally choose dunkin as our morning coffee safe haven on our one off day. Unfortunately, the food and service has slowly gotten worse and worse over the past few years. Our coffee is consistently never right and even BAD tasting. Dunkin has always been a comfort place as I remember getting coffee in the mornings before school in my senior year. This location is just not up to par and i unfortunately don’t think I will be going back. If I could give anything lower than 1 star I would…

  I only gave 1 star because I had to. Everytime we go to this location it is dirty, the staff are not friendly and act like they do not want to be there. Every single time my order is drastically different. My order is medium iced coffee with 3 cream and 3 French vanilla. How can they get that wrong every single time? Also the location is dirty looking alot. When it 1st opened it was clean. I wont be back there. Maybe 1 person nog going back wont make a difference but my $ is better spent elsewhere. At least at the Dunkin by the interstate in Newnan, its consistent. Not friendly in there either but at least its the same coffee every time.

  I GO TO THIS DUNKIN ALMOST EVERYDAY THERES ONE GROUP OF YOUNG GUYS KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I WANT AND HOW I LIKE IT I LOVE THAT BUT LATELY WHEN I BEEN GOING AND THEIR NOT WORKING MY DRINK IS NEVER MADE RIGHT ITS NASTY AND SOMETIMES I HAVE TO GET IT REMADE OR GET CREAM ADDED TO IT THE SERVICE IS NOT THE SAME WHEN THE 2 YOUNG GUYS ARENT THERE THERES THIS ONE SPECIFIC YOUNG MAN THATS ALWAYS HAS A ATTITUDE WHEN I GO AND HE IS THERE LIKE CHILD FIND YOU SOMEBODY TO PLAY WITH I COME HERE EVERYDAY JUST MAKE MY DRINK RIGHT GIVE ME MY ORDER SO I CAN GO HALF THE TIME THEY JUST THROW IT TOGETHER THE COFFEE DOESNT BE FULL WHAT AM I PAYING ALMOST $5 FOR A HALF CUP OF ICED COFFEE I NEVER KNOW WHEN THE OTHER LITTLE GUYS WORK IF I DID I WOULD ONLY GO ON THE DAYS THEY WORK BECAUSE MY ORDER IS ALWAYS MADE RIGHT AND PERFECT WHEN THEY DONT THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ILL GO TO THE OTHER 2 FROM NOW ON UNLESS I JUST HAVE TO GO HERE THESE PAST FEWS DAYS CUSTOMER SERVICE BEEN BAD EXCEPT YESTERDAY WHEN THE GUYS WORKED IT WAS MADE PERFECT I WISH I KNEW THE OTHER LITTLE GUY NAME CAUSE HIS ATTITUDE IS JUST SO NASTY DONT LIKE YOUR JOB THEN SWEETIE QUIT SIMPLE
