My daughter said that our food was just sitting there ready, which explains why our food was cold. My pick up time was 11:50AM and we waited almost 20 mins for our food that had been prepared too early and it was cold. I will not be going back to this particular store. Highly disappointed!!

The restaurant appeared to be clean and well staffed. My food was excellent and far and above any chipotle experience I’ve had in recent memory.

- TITom IngDec 19, 20251.0I’m generally not a fan of Chipotle due to the high prices and consistently small meat portions, but this location takes it to another level. I didn’t even want to come here—my friend talked me into it—and I regretted it immediately. The portions were the cheapest I’ve ever seen, and charging over $5 for “extra” meat (which was barely a sprinkle) is ridiculous. For that price, you can get a full combo meal at other fast-food places. This location prices itself like a fancy restaurant without delivering anything close to that experience. Everything was excessively salty—especially the chips. Did I order extra salt? Because it sure tasted like it. On top of that, for a brand-new location, the restaurant was shockingly filthy. I had to wipe down my own table and chairs, even though the place wasn’t busy and there were four employees just standing behind the counter. A tip for management: maybe have one person cleaning the lobby. Overall, the staff seemed hesitant to serve proper portions and didn’t come across as well-trained or ready. For this price point, I’d rather eat at an actual restaurant and get better food and customer service. I’ll definitely be passing next time. *Look at all those salts!
