  I've never eaten here, and I definitely won't ever again. The wings were over cooked and so hard you couldn't eat them. I know the items are fried, but yhe grease was way too much. Never again. But the server was good.

  My husband and I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings in Newnan yesterday. We’ve been to this location before and had a wonderful experience, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. We were seated and sat for 14 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged, even though several staff members and management passed our table multiple times. Eventually, we decided to leave. Before doing so, I spoke with the manager to explain our frustration and why we were leaving. While he was polite, he never offered to reseat us or make things right, which was disappointing. We ended up going across the street to Taco Mac, where we received excellent service and were treated promptly. To any General Manager reading this: please ensure that your management team receives proper training on customer service and guest engagement. First impressions and responsiveness matter, and unfortunately, this visit did not reflect the level of hospitality we’ve experienced at Buffalo Wild Wings before.

  My food took about 40 minutes and it was only a single meal combo. The other lady waiting there before me had been waiting for about an hour. To top of it all off a cup of cheese fell of the counter and sat on the floor for about 10 minutes and then lady behind the counter came around picked it up and snuck it into the bag waiting to be picked up.

  We ordered the 6 for 19.95 , both got wings, wedges and a drink. The drink and the wedges were good but the wings were horrible dry rocks. When I told the waitress the wings were no good. dry and hard she asked if I wanted more sauce lol all of the sauce in the world wouldn't have fixed those boneless wings. No discount offered, never refilled my tea, no apologies lol she offered a box to take my wings home but that's it! Also the women's bathroom is dirty don't go here! Edit to add that we had dinner early, there was only 3 other tables of customers so there is no reason for such poor service and food. Definitely killed my want for buffalo wild wings restaurants, will not go back. I can go to Applebee's for better wings

  My fiancée and I went to enjoy a quick little lunch of wings and & my fiance raved for so many months now how I need to try the hennessy hustle. We went inside and the bartender did not come out for a good ten minutes. My fiancée and I alternated going to the restroom.By the time I left the far tender finally came. Super unfriendly, we tried to engage him in some conversation , but he was walking away as fast as he could from any possible interaction including a drink of water for me and some plates with our food. We were so frustrated we left early. The food was just okay , but in order to be a bartender in server , you should have just a little bit of personality as well as some restaurant experience as well. I say this being a bartender myself.Shame on them and shame on your service.We will not be back.
