  I don’t know why they have a 3.7 rating but compared to my experience in other locations and I love Arby’s specifically the beef and cheddar sandwich. I’m not pretty sure why they have the rating but in my experience if I’m being honest has been on point they don’t mess up your order. They don’t forget anything if I call in after making a mobile order and making a request for maybe extra red ranch, it actually appears in my bag when I have It delivered, with that being said if that’s not customer service what else is I have to commend the people that work here they’re doing a good job especially compared to other places. I don’t usually do this. I’m usually letting people know where they can improve at, but I truly felt after so many experiences with them. It was necessary to give them a Compliment and your appreciation.

  Honestly, I've come to this establishment since I was a little boy. This establishment has been nothing but the best for me and the people that have taken me to it. And on a Tuesday, I had been released from Coweta County Jail and they had given me two lighters, let me smoke one of their cigarettes, and three cigarettes for the road. While I didn't have any money to get anything - they still accommodated my needs as a customer - and it's the fact they didn't know. They didn't know I'd been coming here for literally years. But whoever worked on January 27, 2026 definitely deserve a raise. They went absolutely above and beyond, not required by their jobs to provide these things. Yet they did, providing more than just a meal - providing something they weren't obligated to do, they took helping the customer to a new level.

  The service was slow. One person was doing all the work while the other person was on their phone. My cherry turnover was hard as a brick!
