  I always get great service at this location. It can get very busy in the morning but the staff here is excellent. I drive out of my way to get coffee here in the mornings.

  The Manager I have encountered a couple of times in the morning is wonderful! She offers top notch customer service and it's great to see people still work with high standards. Great job to the entire team!!!

  4 stars instead of 5. Allow me to explain 😌 The gentleman who assisted me at the window SUPER PLEASANT. The young man who remade my coffee, ALSO VERY PLEASANT. The woman who had... absolutely nothing to do with anything had quite a LOT to say about everything. I found that pretty strange. Pro Tip from a former Dunkin employee and frequent customer: If you want a customer to request more swirls, as to pay for more swirls, then the best way to go about that is to speak directly... to the customer and encourage them to order it the way you REMADE it. 💁🏽‍♀️ Here's the script (No Chat GPT Needed): "Hey, can you try it and make sure you love it, i would hate for you to have to come back (& if they like it) OK I made that with "etc. etc." That's your order from now on." With a SMILE ☺️ Cause guess where that 0.50 cents for an extra swirl doesn't go towards? Your peace, your sanity, your joy, or your salvation. So anyhow be blessed. And don't forget to be a blessing. I loved you enough to write this queen. ❥

  We pulled up to order and our order was taken fairly quickly. We waited at the window for 10 minutes. It looked as though my coffee we ordered was sitting on the shelf at the pickup and no one came so we could pay a get it. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. This is the first time we decided to leave without my coffee since no one ever came to the window. I don’t understand why this happens frequently when we go to this location? There were customers sitting at a table inside when we drove by leaving, but no employees could be seen.

  *edit* (original review below) - The drive thru guy is always so pleasant and awesome when I come thru! Last time I came by they ran out of my donut - so he hooked me up with something else. Today - he gave me an extra donut 🥰 (they know the crueller is my *favorite* - I get it every morning) This shows he really pays attention to customers, and that made me feel very appreciated. Changing my overall score to a 5 because I noticed (on the app at least) it gives you the option to change your refreshers base - better clarity!! -Also every other worker I've encountered there have always been so amazing as well!! They help make my mornings 🥰 I give an overall 4 because Dunkin doesn't specify *what type* of caffeine is in some of their drinks. If it's artificial - fine just say so. If it's tea or coffee based - I can't have that. This Dunkin location has always been awesome to me, only once did they *almost* mess up. But I think that's because I had a mobile order with no drink, in-between other orders with drinks (that would throw me off at the window too, so no real fault) But this location is *WAY* better than the one off Bullsboro connected to the gas station. Sorry to say - but we call that one "DumbDunkin" because they messed up both drink orders, and also had *no idea* what was in the drink I was trying to order. It was like they were confused on their own menu items (it was on the screen, not some obscure or customized request) But again - this Dunkin has been great!! They have my French cruellers 🥰🥰
