  Ella and Jordan were so helpful! Told Ella to surprise me because I wasn’t for sure what I wanted, and she made me an awesome Butter Pecan Shaken Espresso with cold foam, highly recommend! Jordan also had amazing service. Will definitely come to this location more often!

  I swear, it's every other morning at Dunkin' that's a struggle. I get that they're swamped, but there's this one guy who's always so rude and seems super on edge. Plus, he's always on his phone! Like, can't he just be a little nicer and put the phone away? It's not that hard to be polite and attentive, even when you're busy.

  Went once - will never go again. Had no idea about what I was ordering - it was advertised on the screen, I had no customizations... Pulled around to the window - nobody. Waited a couple minutes - nobody. Finally someone comes up and can't find our order (we were the only ones in line). Messed up both drinks (they were both wrong, and really gross - we tossed them out) It was like everyone was stoned or something - which is why atmosphere got 2stars. Thankfully we found it hilarious, nicknamed the store "DumbDunkin" (no offense to the workers, kinda), and have/will never be back. Other location/s have been great!
